Complaint registration

Use this form to register any complaint related to VNS Therapy: the product, the therapy, or any other concern you encounter.

Complaints are filed and registered in line with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and EUDAMED requirements. Go North Medical forwards each report to the manufacturer and follows it through to closure.
